By opting in to receive text messages from Quickly Locksmith Miami — for example by submitting our quote request form and checking the SMS consent box, by calling us to book service, or by texting our business number — you agree to receive service-related text messages from us. These may include appointment and job status updates, quotes, invoices with secure payment links, payment receipts, and conversational replies from our dispatch team.
All invoices are due upon receipt unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice or agreed upon in writing via email. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond the specified due date will receive automated reminder notifications every 3 days, for a total of 10 reminders over a 30-day period. A late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance (or a minimum of $25, whichever is greater) may be applied every 15 days the invoice remains unpaid past the due date. If full payment is not received by the end of this 30-day period, the invoice will be automatically forwarded to collections. This may negatively impact your business's credit standing and will result in your customer account being placed in No Service Mode, meaning no further service requests will be accepted until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
All work performed is covered by a 15-day limited service warranty, which applies only to issues directly related to the workmanship. If a problem arises within this timeframe, we will assess and resolve it at no additional cost. Product warranties are provided and honored by the manufacturer and must be addressed with them per their specific policies.
All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or returns will only be honored if explicitly approved in writing via email by an authorized company representative. Unauthorized return attempts will not be accepted or processed.
We are a licensed and insured locksmith company. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, data, or property, as a result of services rendered or products installed.
By requesting service, the customer confirms they have the legal right and authority to authorize work at the property or on the vehicle. This includes homeowners, tenants with landlord permission, property managers, and authorized business representatives.
Service requested outside of standard business hours — including nights, weekends, and holidays — may be subject to an emergency or after-hours surcharge. Any applicable charges will be disclosed prior to performing the work.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the job site at the scheduled time. If the technician is unable to perform work due to access issues, a trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply.
Service appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a service fee to compensate for technician time and travel.
Customers or their authorized representatives may be asked to sign off on job completion. This confirms that the work has been completed satisfactorily. Warranty issues may still be addressed under the service warranty terms.
Upon completion of services such as rekeying or lock installation, and once functionality has been demonstrated, the customer assumes all responsibility for the security of the property. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access that occurs after the job is completed.
For systems involving master key setups or restricted keyways, duplicate keys may only be made with proper authorization. Customers are responsible for managing and securing access to keys after installation.
